Boat Tour Cancellation Policy

Weather Related – For weather conditions that the captain deems unsafe (unavoidable heavy rain, electrical activity, rough seas, etc) we will gladly reschedule and/or refund your tour another day without a cancellation fee.

2 Week Notice – We will apply a full refund of your reservation deposit for all cancellations made outside of two weeks of your scheduled rental. If you are within the 2 week window, we will happily reschedule your boat tour for another day and time or provide a lifetime credit for any deposit paid.
